A young women just left my place. I had no time to correct her
birth time. Yet a quick verification helped me decide whether
I could proceed on the available data. I asked a question whether
her father, in government service, had any promotion recently.
The approach in such cases is twofold. First in Jaimini the
dasha running is Makara (Capricorn) from where the BK (Moon
is Bhatri Karaka or BK) aspects the tenth house. Now work out
the antardashas (sub dashas). In the Mesha (Aries) antardasha
he was empanelled for promotion.
To confirm it, see in Vimshottari where the Jupiter dasha started
in 2004. Jupiter is the sixth lord which is tenth from the ninth
house. He got the promotion in Jup-Jup-Mer and in Chara dasha
it was Makara, Vrisha (Taurus) and Mesha. Prepare dwadashamsha
(12th Division for parents) to confirm it further. I now decide
to accept the horoscope and decide to proceed with my predictions
for her.
