Whichever house from the lagna (ascendant) of the sadhaka (spiritual aspirant), Jupiter happens to transit, that house gets irradiated with divinity. Now the 12th house, being the 4th (home) from the 9th (Guru), is the ashram of the Guru. Jupiter (by transit) in the 12th from my lagna took me into Guruji's ashram from where I went to the office everyday.

The dasha I was running was of the 5th lord (spiritual practices), which is significant from the spiritual angle.
